What is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM: arriving within this window is important so we can welcome you smoothly. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you expect to be late or cannot make that window, tell us as soon as possible — we can arrange auto check-in on request. Early check-in is sometimes possible, always by prior agreement.

What if I arrive late for check-in?

Tell us as soon as you know (phone, email or WhatsApp). The earlier you warn us, the easier it is to set up auto check-in when needed. Please do not arrive outside hours without notice: we are a family-run property and need to plan around arrivals.

Are there quiet hours in the evening?

Yes. After 8:00 PM please keep noise down in shared areas and in your room, out of respect for other guests. It is a small, peaceful property — evening rest matters.

What is included in the room rate?

Accepted Answer

Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge, mini safe, and access to the pools and garden. The guest lounge with free coffee and cappuccino is included too.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes. The local tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night, required by law and paid at the hotel.

Can I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pets (including dogs) are welcome at €5 per night. Please tell us when you book so we can prepare. Green garden areas are available for walks.

Are there pet rules I should know?

Accepted Answer

Yes — they matter for living well with other guests. Always pick up after your pet in the garden and shared spaces. Never leave dogs roaming alone: keep them under control and on a lead in common outdoor areas. Do not leave them alone in the room for long periods (especially if they may bark), so you do not disturb neighbours. If you are unsure whether your pet is a good fit, ask us before booking.

I am arriving from the north — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Do not follow Google Maps for the last stretch in Maderno: it often sends cars onto narrow streets. Search for “Via Montana, Toscolano Maderno (BS)”, continue straight about 500 metres, and the car park entrance is on the right. Full steps are on the Arrive & parking page.

How much is parking?

Accepted Answer

Private parking is €10 per stay. Request it when you book or contact us so we can reserve a space. The entrance is easiest if you follow the correct arrival option.

Where should I park on site?

Accepted Answer

Park only in the marked reserved spaces. Leaving the car outside the bays or in a way that takes space from other guests creates problems for everyone. If you are unsure where to leave the car, ask us on arrival.

Do you have EV charging?

Yes, electric vehicle charging is available on request at market rate based on consumption. Tell us in advance when you book or before arrival.
